  • Do not change the body majuni

  • Clean the body using the wrong product every day

We use different types of soaps, liquid bodywashes, scrubs etc. for body cleansing every day. But with the use of these products every day, the skin of the body is likely to become more oily. Then more dirt gets stuck in the oily body and increases the bacterial infection in the body. Excessive alkali soap fades the skin. So use it every day for 1-2 days without using soap or scrub on the body. Use a little alkaline body wash if possible

  • Do not comb your hair before taking a bath

In most cases we do not comb our hair before taking a bath. But the rule is to comb the hair well before taking a bath every day. Because by doing this the hair will fall less and the hair will not get tangled. Moreover, after using hair conditioner, you can comb your hair with a thick brush comb and then wash it well with water. It will not tangle the hair at all.

  • Brushing teeth while bathing

There are many people who brush their teeth while taking a bath. But this should not be done at all. Because you are doing two things at once and as a result are not able to brush properly. So your teeth are also being severely damaged. According to the advice of Timothy Chase (DMD), teeth should be brushed with an electric toothbrush for at least 2 minutes every day if possible.

  • Shampoo your hair every day

There are many of us who shampoo our hair every day. But as a result of shampooing every day, the scalp of many people is likely to become more oily. Again, the hair becomes much drier. So shampoo should be done every 2 days. This will make your hair look better and the oiliness of the scalp will increase the shine of the hair. Even if you shampoo too late, it will not happen. It will accumulate dirt on the scalp.

  • Take a bath with hot water

When it is winter in the season, many of us take a bath with hot water. Sometimes bathing with hot water is good for our body, but bathing with extra hot water and hot water every day is not okay. Bathing with hot water every day can cause itching on the skin of our body and the skin of the body can become dry. If you take a bath with hot water for a long time, your skin will become rough and if you give hot water to your head, your hair will fall out.

  • Wipe the body in more pairs with a towel
